Owner and General Manager Marcos Lorenzo came to the U.S. in 2000 from Havana, Cuba. While in Cuba Marcos was primarily civil engineer, but when he arrived to the U.S. his thoughts turned in a new direction: Restaurants. Marcos handled all the design and layout of their restaurants and he has a passion for quality food and great customer service so he began to envision what has become Mojito Restaurant.
